Dabei betreuen Sie nicht nur die laufende Produktion, sondern übernehmen auch eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau neuer Produktlinien bis zur erfolgreichen Serienreife. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Qualität gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungslandschaft.

As a Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing processes while helping to establish new product lines from concept through successful series production. Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, you will drive continuous improvement and contribute to the future growth of our manufacturing operations.

Job Description:

DEUTSCH

• Planung, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Prüfprozessen zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produktion
• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau neuer Produktlinien und Begleitung des Produktionsanlaufs bis zur Serienreife
• Auswahl, Beschaffung und optimale Auslegung von Betriebsmitteln, Werkzeugen und Fertigungseinrichtungen
• Analyse von Produktionsabläufen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Prozesssicherheit
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Entwicklung und weiteren Schnittstellen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten und Prozessverbesserungen

ENGLISH

• Plan, support, and continuously improve manufacturing and inspection processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Participate in the introduction of new product lines and support production ramp-up activities through successful serial production
• Define, select, and optimize production equipment, tools, and manufacturing resources
• Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to implement projects and drive process excellence
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen sowie Erfahrung mit Qualitäts- und Prozessmethoden wie APQP, FMEA, SPC und PPAP
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung sowie Interesse daran, moderne Fertigungslösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, kombiniert mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit

ENGLISH

• Technical degree, state-certified technician qualification, engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar), or equivalent practical experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with quality and process management tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, and PPAP
• Experience in manufacturing automation and process optimization, with a passion for implementing efficient production solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, combined with a structured working style and strong collaboration skills
