HR Manager

Job Description Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing the site's people strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and organizational culture. This role drives workforce effectiveness through talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management, communication, and talent development initiatives. The position acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership while ensuring compliance with labor legislation, corporate policies, and HR standards.

Job Description:

The main responsibilities for our plant in our manufacturing complex in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico are:

Required Skills and Education

-Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Administration or related with 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position in the Automotive Industry Experience in Managing the activities and strategies for the support of employee relations programs for a location.

-Experience in managing HR internal Indicators, Audit follow up and People Focus.

-Experience in Managing employments, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services in the location.

-Experience in Managing teams and assisting the human resources (HR) business unit (BU) Head to oversee organizational HR strategies, processes, and practices. -Experience in Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment. Providing advice, counseling, and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.
