Job Description Summary

We are looking for candidates to work as Operators in the Machining Department of the Production function.

Job Description:

• Carry out production and manufacturing processes,
• Operate Wire EDM and CNC milling machines using the NX CAM software,
• Prepare CAM programs and set up/workpiece clamping operations,
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of Wire EDM and CNC machines,
• Read and interpret technical drawings,
• Ensure the regular maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and materials used,
• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Education

• Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College with a degree in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works, or a related field,
• 2-5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines,
• Proficient in using the NX CAM software and capable of preparing CAM programs,
• Sound knowledge of mold manufacturing processes,
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings,
• Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc,
• Strong manual dexterity, detail-oriented, careful, and meticulous in work execution,
• Able to work in a shift-based environment,
• Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
• For male candidates, no military service obligation.
