Job Description Summary

As an IT Engineer I, you will play a key role in supporting end users and ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technology. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain end-user devices and applications, support local IT initiatives, and work closely with global IT teams to deliver high-quality technology services that enable business success

Job Description:

- Provide on-site IT support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support and maintain end-user technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft-based workplace solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize business disruption.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workplace technologies in accordance with global standards, policies, and security requirements.
- Perform system maintenance activities including software updates, patch management, asset management, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with users, global IT teams, and external vendors to support daily operations and IT projects.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience providing hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile device support, and endpoint technologies.

- Preferred: knowledge of the Windows Server environment and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
