Highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and material handling equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
* Execute repairs, rebuilds, and replacements of components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures or areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and process improvements.
* Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work performed, track parts usage, and manage work orders.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
* Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance best practices and equipment operation.
* Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications:**

* Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering .
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (up to 480V), including PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and motor controls.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
* Familiarity with various types of sensors, actuators, and control devices.
* Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka) is highly desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various manufacturing environments.
* Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred.
