Lans and directs all aspects of the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and objectives.Ensuring human resources (HR) goals, objectives, and initiatives are supported through the implementation of employee relations strategies, policies, and processes.Creating awareness programs on issues related to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination guidelines.Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with managers to promote employee satisfaction and retention.Developing employee relations strategies to help all levels of management solve employee relations issues.Job Description:
- Partner with Senior Leadership to Drive business strategy through human capital
- Directs Human Resources strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; executing compensation strategies.
- Directs Human Resources organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organization goals.
- Directs Human Resources operational strategies by analyzing trends; preparing critical measurements; implementing production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health strategies; leading system improvements.
- Directs Human Resources financial strategies by anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Responsible for Human Resources programs by establishing human resources department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
- Directs Human Resources special projects.
Guides management and employee actions by establishing Human Resources policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Complies with legal requirements by monitoring legislation; and enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to Human Resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- Responsible for management development and successions plans for the organization.

Required Skills and Education
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations and multi-site organizations.
- Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Compensation, Change Management, and Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformations, restructures, mergers, or integration initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategies.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decision-making at senior management levels.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation; international HR experience is a plus.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
