As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be integral to DAUCH’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements across our financial operations.Job Description:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to financial planning cycles, preparing accurate forecasts to guide business strategy.
- Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Perform detailed cost analyses, cost calculations, and contribute to the annual budget to ensure comprehensive financial oversight.
- Financial Closures & Reporting: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to support business goals.
- Decision Support: Provide management with reliable, data-driven insights and statements that inform strategic decision-making.
- ERP Development & Reporting: Support the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, creating and refining financial reports for improved data accessibility.
- Process Improvement: Engage in refining company processes and propose ideas for increased efficiency and effectiveness across financial functions.
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis
- Confident English language knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
