Results-driven Accounts Payable Team Lead responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of 10+ AP professionals while ensuring the efficient processing of financial transactions and compliance with internal controls. Oversees daily operations, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), conducts regular coaching and performance reviews, and fosters employee development. Partners with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support audit requirements, drives continuous process improvement initiatives, and plays a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Job Description:

Lead a team of 10+ Accounts Payables FTEs

Manage daily performance and team development

Define and track KPIs to support team success

Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings

Support internal and external audits

Drive continuous improvement of processes

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Required Skills and Education

5+ years of experience in finance
Proven leadership in finance teams

Strong analytical and communication skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles
ERP systems and workflow tech knowledge
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
