Job Description Summary

Dauch is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Job Description:

• Manage equipment reliability, machine availability, and maintenance performance across the plant,
• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Reduce unplanned downtime and eliminate the root causes of recurring equipment failures,
• Develop the plant's capital investment (Capex) roadmap and manage investment projects from concept through implementation,
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations,
• Identify production bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance,
• Manage factory layout optimization, manufacturing flow improvements, and new production line installations,
• Lead energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability projects,
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and engineering standards throughout all operations.

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering departments,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, automation, and capital investment projects,
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, equipment reliability, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Proven experience in Capex planning, budget management, and investment project execution,
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Residing in Istanbul Europe side.
