Job Description Summary

Safely make highly complex setups, initial sample complex setups on hydraulic and mechanical equipment in molding and sizing operations with minimal assistance
Efficiently operate equipment, including the making of satisfactory adjustments to ensure product quality.
Effectively utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to insure continuation of control conditions
Provide active input to continuous process improvement
Effectively communicate job related information to co-workers, supervisors and others with a need to know.
Maintain relationships with other functional areas
Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of this position
This is a 2nd Shift position

Required Skills and Education

2-3 years experience required.

5+ years experience highly preferred.
