Early Career Rotational Program

Our Early Career Rotational Program aims to develop the next leaders and technical experts at Dauch. It is designed for high potential early career individuals who are eager and interested in a future leadership role. As an Early Career Rotational Program Participant, you will receive classroom training, mentorship and a learning development plan within your 18-month rotation among three different, six-month assignments. The program provides meaningful experiences and training that sets a solid foundation for a successful career at Dauch.
