Qué harás
- Liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares, impulsando resultados y alineación con la estrategia
- Gestionar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento del programa, garantizando calidad y eficiencia
- Supervisar riesgos, recursos, presupuestos y desempeño global
- Desarrollar relaciones clave con stakeholders internos y externos
- Impulsar iniciativas de cambio y asegurar la consecución de beneficios del programa
Promover el desarrollo del talento y la mejora continua del equipo
Required Skills and Education
Formación universitaria en ingeniería, valorable ingeniería en organización industrial o estudios de postgrado relacionados
Experiencia entre 3 y 6 años en gestión de programas o proyectos complejos
Alta orientación a resultados y gestión de stakeholders
