With a high level of ownership and autonomy, you drive the analysis and sustainable resolution of quality issues, ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer satisfaction. - Verantwortung für einen fest definierten Kundenkreis
- Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen
- Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Durchführung strukturierter Problemlösungen (z. B. 8D, 5-Why)
- Betreuung und Administration interner sowie externer Qualitäts- und Kundenportale
- Monitoring von Kunden-Scorecards sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Bearbeitung und Pflege von Qualitätsbeanstandungen im internen CAQ-System sowie in den Systemen der Kunden
- Steuerung und Verantwortung des Freigabe- und Sperrprozesses für Produkte und Komponenten
- Erstellung von Kennzahlenanalysen sowie Reporting an Management und Kunden
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Qualitätskosten
- Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Begleitung externer Audits

- Responsibility for a defined customer portfolio
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of customer-specific requirements
- Analysis of quality deviations and execution of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5-Why)
- Management and administration of internal and external quality and customer portals
- Monitoring of customer scorecards and initiation as well as follow-up of improvement actions
- Ensuring proper processing and maintenance of quality complaints in the internal CAQ system and customer systems
- Ownership and coordination of product and component release and blocking processes
- Preparation of KPI analyses and reporting to management and customers
- Monitoring and optimization of quality-related costs
- Planning and conducting internal audits as well as supporting external audits
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. 8D, FMEA, SPC, 5-Why) sowie relevanter Normen (z. B. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAQ-Systemen sowie Kunden- und Qualitätsportalen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich Themen zu steuern, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Maßnahmen konsequent nachzuverfolgen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Affinität zu Kennzahlen und Qualitätskosten
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
ENGLISH
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical qualification
- At least two years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in a customer-facing role
- Sound knowledge of common quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, 5-Why) as well as relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Proficient in the use of CAQ systems as well as customer and quality management portals
- Strong ability to independently manage topics, make decisions, and consistently drive actions to completion
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for KPIs, data analysis, and quality cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
