Job Description Summary

Assembly Operators needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Starting pay $22.13
2nd shift differential - 1.00
3rd shift differential - 0.60

Job Description:

1 Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate

2 Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate

3 Line feeds as required

4 Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP

5 Perform all required quality checks

6 Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)

7 Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly

8 Perform first piece inspection

9 Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area

10 Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed

11 Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation

12 Perform any other duties as specified

Required Skills and Education

High School Diploma or GED
