This role is for a storeroom clerkJob Description:
The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming packages, materials, and parts. This role maintains accurate inventory records, organizes stock in designated locations, and issues parts and supplies to employees upon request. The Storeroom Clerk ensures inventory is readily available, tracks stock levels, and assists with inventory counts while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments and packages.
- Store materials, supplies, and parts in designated locations.
- Process and fulfill employee requests for parts and inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Keep the storeroom organized and compliant with safety standards.
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma
Good communication skills
