Stanowisko wspiera proces podejmowania decyzji biznesowych poprzez dostarczanie analiz rentowności, kontroli kosztów oraz monitorowanie wyników finansowych organizacji produkcyjnej.The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial and operational performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. The role supports business decision-making by delivering profitability analyses, cost-control insights and financial performance monitoring within a manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
Kluczowe obowiązki
- Przygotowywanie, analiza i interpretacja wyników operacyjnych oraz finansowych na potrzeby Zarządu, regionalnych zespołów finansowych i innych działów organizacji.
- Kalkulacja rentowności produktów oraz cen transferowych.
- Weryfikacja projektów oszczędnościowych oraz wsparcie procesów decyzyjnych poprzez dostarczanie analiz biznesowych.
- Kalkulacja standardowego kosztu wytworzenia produktów.
- Monitorowanie i analiza odchyleń kosztów względem budżetu i okresów poprzednich.
- Regularna współpraca z menedżerami operacyjnymi w zakresie przeglądu wyników finansowych.
- Przygotowywanie budżetów, prognoz finansowych oraz analiz trendów.
- Monitorowanie zmian kosztów i identyfikowanie czynników wpływających na wyniki finansowe.
- Udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca oraz przygotowywanie sprawozdań finansowych i raportów zarządczych.
- Przygotowywanie dokumentacji na potrzeby audytów finansowych i audytów wewnętrznych.
- Opracowywanie raportów i analiz ad hoc na potrzeby biznesowe i regionalne.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and interpret operational and financial results for Management, Regional Finance Teams and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct product profitability and transfer pricing calculations.
- Validate cost-saving initiatives and support business decision-making through financial analysis.
- Calculate standard product manufacturing costs.
- Monitor and analyze cost variances versus budget and prior periods.
- Review financial results with operational managers and provide recommendations.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and trend analyses.
- Monitor cost fluctuations and identify key performance drivers.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and analyses for local and regional business needs.
Required Skills and Education
Wymagania
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w controllingu w środowisku produkcyjnym lub audycie.
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki ekonomiczne, finansowe lub pokrewne.
- Znajomość zasad rachunkowości finansowej i zarządczej.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel.
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca udział w spotkaniach biznesowych i prezentowanie wyników.
- Silne umiejętności analityczne oraz zdolność interpretacji dużych zbiorów danych.
- Umiejętność rozumienia procesów produkcyjnych i ich wpływu na wyniki finansowe.
- Rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing company or in audit.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good command of English, enabling participation in business meetings and presentation of financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate them into financial insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
