Job Description:

Job Summary:**

The Quality Leader Asia will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system across AAM Investment Management Co. Ltd.'s operations in Asia, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) tailored to the specific needs of AAM Investment Management Co. Ltd. in Asia.
* Oversee the establishment and monitoring of quality metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) across all regional operations.
* Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate external audits to assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Lead the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, compliance, risk management) to integrate quality principles into their processes and procedures.
* Develop and deliver quality-related training programs to employees across the Asian offices to foster a culture of quality.
* Monitor changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure the QMS remains current and effective.
* Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.
* Manage and mentor a team of quality professionals as the regional footprint expands.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or investment.
* Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Asian markets (e.g., SFC, MAS, CSRC).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal).
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to travel frequently across Asia.
