Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Producto para diseñar, optimizar e implementar sistemas y procesos productivos, garantizando calidad, eficiencia y costes competitivos. La persona se integrará en un entorno industrial dinámico, participando en proyectos clave de mejora continua y desarrollo de producto.We are looking for a Product Engineer to design, optimise and implement production systems and processes, ensuring quality, efficiency and competitive costs. The successful candidate will join a dynamic industrial environment, taking part in key projects focused on continuous improvement and product development.
Job Description:
- Diseñar y mejorar procesos de fabricación, asegurando estándares de calidad y coste
- Participar en la implementación de nuevos sistemas productivos (gestión de proyectos)
- Apoyar el desarrollo y validación de soluciones de ingeniería
- Analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora e innovación
- Realizar inspecciones técnicas y asegurar cumplimiento normativo
- Colaborar con equipos internos para optimizar la producibilidad de productos
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y eficiencia operacional
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and cost standards
- Participate in the implementation of new production systems (project management)
- Support the development and validation of engineering solutions
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Carry out technical inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product manufacturability
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Skills and Education
- Ingeniería (Grado o Máster)
- Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en entorno industrial/manufactura
- Conocimiento en diseño de procesos, desarrollo de producto y pruebas de ingeniería
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a mejora continua
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
- Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of process design, product development and engineering testing
- Analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in project management
- Good communication and teamwork skills
