We are looking for a Product Engineer to design, optimise and implement production systems and processes, ensuring quality, efficiency and competitive costs. The successful candidate will join a dynamic industrial environment, taking part in key projects focused on continuous improvement and product development.

Job Description:

  • Diseñar y mejorar procesos de fabricación, asegurando estándares de calidad y coste
  • Participar en la implementación de nuevos sistemas productivos (gestión de proyectos)
  • Apoyar el desarrollo y validación de soluciones de ingeniería
  • Analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora e innovación
  • Realizar inspecciones técnicas y asegurar cumplimiento normativo
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para optimizar la producibilidad de productos
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y eficiencia operacional

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and cost standards
  • Participate in the implementation of new production systems (project management)
  • Support the development and validation of engineering solutions
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Carry out technical inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product manufacturability
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Skills and Education

  • Ingeniería (Grado o Máster)
  • Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en entorno industrial/manufactura
  • Conocimiento en diseño de procesos, desarrollo de producto y pruebas de ingeniería
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a mejora continua
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo

  • Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of process design, product development and engineering testing
  • Analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in project management
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
