GKN Sinter Metals Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Hourly Associate to support production operations. This role involves performing a variety of tasks crucial to manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Perform routine inspections of parts and products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Load and unload materials and components from production lines.
* Assemble, sort, and package finished products for shipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in Spanish.
* Basic math skills and ability to read measuring tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) repeatedly.
* Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
* A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
