Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications and production schedules.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Set up, operate, and monitor various production machinery, including presses, furnaces, and finishing equipment.
* Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products.
* Perform routine quality checks on parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisors.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
* Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Complete production records and documentation accurately.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.
* Perform minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as required.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine operation.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and safety manuals.
* Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical dexterity and ability to lift and move materials as required.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.Opw
