audits, continuous improvement, operational safety, quality assurance and
regulations.
• Builds and supports a strong team by managing team member goals and
performance metrics, providing timely feedback and facilitating the talent

objectives and methods to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements, company quality policies and industry quality standards.

Job Description:

ENGLISH

• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality-related processes and standards to ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality requirements
• Responsibility for the quality management system, including compliance with international standards (ISO 9001) and automotive standards (e.g. IATF 16949)
• Building and maintaining a dedicated quality management team to support the implementation of quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify weaknesses
• Working with various departments to ensure quality objectives are integrated throughout the product development and manufacturing process
• Analyzing quality data and performing root cause analysis on quality issues as they arise to develop and implement corrective actions
• Monitoring and evaluating supplier quality and conducting supplier audits
• Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and regulations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Überwachung und Bewertung der Lieferantenqualität sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsrichtlinien und -vorschriften im Einklang mit den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften

Required Skills and Education

ENGLISH

• Degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems, quality standards and norms (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits as well as knowledge in the application of automotive core tools such as FMEA, 8D report, Ishikawa diagram, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex quality problems and find appropriate solutions
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Business fluent in German and English

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Elektrofahrzeugindustrie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, Qualitätsstandards und Normen (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung interner und externer Audits sowie Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Automotive Core Tools wie FMEA, 8D-Report, Ishikawa-Diagramm usw.
• Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Qualitätsprobleme zu analysieren und geeignete Lösungen zu finden
• Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
• Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
